Tenancies Available

We are creating more barrier-free space. Organisations that employ disabled people or intend to do so (as soon as they are in barrier-free workspace) are welcome to apply.

Criteria for selection

Organisations must be led by or committed to employing disabled people. Some organisations that do not yet employ disabled people may be accepted if they undertake to take  to do so.

The Future

When more space has been regenerated we plan to offer management and administrative support to tenant organisations and social and business enterprises set up by disabled people.

Waiting List

Voluntary organisations from all parts are waiting for suitable space. The main criteria for offering tenancies is:-

  • demonstration of need for the high standard of accessibility provided
  • evidence that disabled people served by the organisation lead it or are involved in running the organisation or there is a firm commitment and strategy for this to happen
  • an equal opportunities policy, which offers a real chance for disabled people to work as trustees, staff and volunteers
